Sweat Method is Charlotte’s first 30-minute Group Fitness studio with 2 classes under one roof. Our METHOD emphasizes variety + sweating differently, a concept that’s equally as effective as it is efficient.
What is HIIT?
HIIT is a full-body strength and cardio focused workout by utilizing treadmills, air-bikes, free-weights, and more!
What is LIIT?
Our LIIT class strength focuses on strength and core by utilizing free-weights, benches, slam balls, and more!
What to Wear:
Clothes that are easy to move in and breathable. Tennis shoes are required for this class.
How to Prep:
Get excited! You're about to have such an awesome experience with us. It’s extremely important to make sure you are properly hydrated before classes. We have water bottles for sale at the studio if you forgot yours!
What to Bring:
We’ve got all the equipment covered! You might want to bring is water & a sweat towel.
Where to Park:
There's plenty of parking in the garage (we validate parking) and in front of the studio.

Studio Policies
12-Hour Late Cancellation Policy- If you have reserved your place in class and cancel within 12 hours, you will be charged a $12 accountability fee. For emergencies, please text our studio number at (980) 335-1136
Late-Arrivals- If you are signed up for class, you have until 5 minutes after class starts to secure your spot. After that, we will allow any waitlisted people physically waiting to use your spot and you will charged the $12 accountability fee. As a small business with limited spots, we thank you in advance for your understanding!
Health Policy- Due to the current health pandemic, it is critical that you do not come to the studio if you aren’t feeling right. If you are within the 12 hour cancellation period and do not feel it’s right to come, please text or e-mail to let us know.
