About
Justin & Halle

Justin and Halle have been in the fitness industry for a combined 15 years.

Justin has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and master’s degree in sports administration. after garnering all-conference and academic all-american awards as a collegiate track and cross country runner, he moved to Charlotte, NC in 2011. After spending the past ten years personal training, coaching track and cross country athletes, and performing as a group fitness instructor, it was in 2018 he pitched the idea of Sweat Method to the company’s initial investor. The mission to grow Charlotte’s fitness community through an efficient and well-rounded approach to exercise continues to be the driving force, with plans to bring this 30-minute concept to other cities in the near future!

Halle competitively danced for over 15 years, but always dealt with having a fluctuating weight. From that, she decided to dive more into health and fitness at 18 years old, resulting in getting her group and personal training certification as well as nutrition and health coaching. Even through college, she taught Zumba, cycle, bootcamps, and more between Charleston, SC and Charlotte, NC. She also dedicates her time to helping others find balance between exercise, healthy-ish living, self-care, and mental health. Finally landing back in Charlotte, she knew the fitness industry here had incredible potential. That’s where she met Justin and the two of them decided to bring more, but different, to the area. With that, Sweat Method was born
